Job Satisfaction

Tell me, what does job satisfaction mean to you? Is it the pay? environment? benefit? power? or simply the satisfaction of getting one very challenging task done?

This, my friend is how i define Job Satisfaction and what is my level of satisfaction currently at this new place.

Job satisfaction for me is when i get to go back on time, with daily task completed before 6, ad-hoc job is not as much as planned audit presented at the beginning of the year, and all audit planned executed and completed right on schedule. When i get to wake up everyday without complaining about going to work, facing my superior, dealing with other people nuisance. when i have a comfortable work environment, nosy colleague-free, gossip-free, scandal-free. Solely occupied by working people with working intention. no funny business whatsoever. Only Work.

But, it'll give more satisfaction if  I've been given with challenging task. Provided that guidance is there, and able to complete the task and learn something new out of it and applicable for future tasks. But nothing beats the mother of all satisfaction when u have all the above added with power and handsome reward. Damn. If only life's that easy.

Luckily for me, this new place, i have less, waay less task compare to my previous job. Too relax i may say. There's no challenge or anything. I know it's not beneficial for me in terms of knowledge-searching or experience-gaining. But it gives me less stress, which is good and not to forget its ridiculously-near-my-house location. *10-15 minutes driving-in-jam distance* Who doesn't want that? 

Sometimes it gets boring when u don't have anything to do and do not know what to do and just play "looking busy" mode. Speak of the devil. Kerja baru sampai. huahuahuahua.. ok gtg people!
